Why theme parks?

When done well, theme parks are able to make their audience believe that they are in an entirely different world. At the end of their trip, the visitors take their fantastical memories back into their real world, but with the exception of a t-shirt or stuffed animal, they aren't able to bring tangible representations of their trip back to their homes. I hope that my sculptures allow both theme park fans and general audiences to recall fond memories of their themed park visits.

What is an “eticket?”

The term “eticket” refers to a theme park admission ticket that grants access to the highest caliber of rides at the park. Nowadays, most theme parks’ tickets include entry to every feature regardless of tier, but the phrase “eticket attraction” is still widely used within the theme park industry to denote something that is considered of the highest quality, both in terms of production and of popularity.
